Pulled Ginger-Chicken Sliders with Cilantro Slaw


Add first 7 ingredients and 2 tablespoons lime juice to the slow cooker, cover and put on high for 6 hours.  When chicken is done, remove from sauce and shred.  Return to sauce.  Keep warm.  Meanwhile combine 2 tablespoons lime juice, olive oil and cilantro in medium bowl.  Toss with red cabbage and red onion.  Divide chicken and red cabbage slaw evenly among 16 whole wheat slider buns.  Serve.
