Leek Soup


Fry the onions in the butter.  Add the leek slices and let stew for 10 minutes, stirring now and again.  Add the peeled and chopped potatoes, 40 cl of warm water, the stock cube and salt and pepper.  Cover and let stew at a medium setting for 20 minutes.  Add the cream and the milk.  Let it heat up at a low setting for  minutes.
