Maple Roasted Apples and Butternut Squash


Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Toss the butternut squash, apples, cinnamon and maple syrup together in a large bowl. Pour into a large baking dish (I used a 9x13 casserole dish.) Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir and then top with the pecans. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
