Chocolate Covered Lychees


Peel fresh lychee fruit. We recommend keeping the seed in the fresh lychees to retain their shape. For canned and pitted lychees, fill the hole from the seed with chopped nuts.

Melt chocolate in a saucepan on very low heat, stir continuously. Dip the fruit into the chocolate. Cool or refrigerate on wax paper at least 30 minutes.
